Local Sushi & Bubble Tea Restaurants Coming Up for Auction

The Owners of Sushi Box and Crush Bubble Tea Restaurants are retiring and auctioning their operating restaurants with all the equipment in place.

Dudley Resources is pleased to present, via online and onsite auction, the popular, locally owned Sushi Box restaurant for sale in a prime Richmond-Midlothian location near the intersection of Huguenot Road & Robious Road. The restaurant is located at 11458 Belvedere Vista Ln., Richmond, VA 23235 and the surrounding area features Huguenot Shopping Center and Chesterfield Towne Center, as well as numerous residential neighborhoods and ongoing residential development projects.

The Sushi Box is a 1,664 square foot restaurant has approximately 50 indoor seats, 12 outdoor patio seats and features a full kitchen, a large, wood wet bar/sushi bar area, as well as two (2) bathrooms and a full Point of Sale system already installed. The owners established the business in 2010 and have recently decided to retire. Annual net income exceeds $150,000 and has been increasing consistently since restaurant was established.
