Historic Watkins Nursery Business offered by Public Foreclosure

Multiple Business Locations Powhatan, Chesterfield and Amelia selling 500+ Acres, business assets, vehicles, and industrial equipment.

Tim Dudley with Dudley Resources have been contracted to handle the Public Foreclosure of the Historic Watkins Nursery Business. Watkins Nurseries, Inc founded in 1876 by J.B. Watkins as a small fruit tree farm in Powhatan County and has grown to over 500 acres across Central Virginia with locations in Powhatan, Chesterfield and Amelia. This multi- property foreclosure will be auctioned in four offerings and will take place on Thursday, February 20 in multiple Central Virginia locations. Included in the public foreclosure: Four (4) commercial & residential real estate parcels owned by Watkins Nurseries Inc. which totals 342.351 acres, combined real estate assessments total $2,314,200 and all equipment & vehicle assets owned by Virginia Resources Recycled, LLC.

The first offering includes the property 101 Dry Bridge Rd, Midlothian VA 23114 will be
auctioned on Thursday, February 20th at 10 AM at Chesterfield County Courthouse, 9500
Courthouse Rd, Chesterfield VA 23832.

The second offering which includes the property 4216 Worsham Rd, Powhatan VA 23139 will
be auctioned Thursday, February 20th at 1 PM at Powhatan County Courthouse, 3880 Old
Buckingham Rd, Powhatan VA 23139.

The third offering which includes the properties 11400 Winterham Rd & 11601 Grub Hill
Church Rd Amelia VA 23002 will be auctioned on Thursday, February 20th at 3 PM at Amelia
County Courthouse, 16441 Court St, Amelia VA 23002.

The fourth offering which includes all equipment & vehicle assets owned by Virginia Resources Recycled, LLC will be auctioned on Thursday, February 20th at 3:15 PM at Amelia County
Courthouse, 16441 Court St, Amelia VA 23002.
