Preview this exceptional offering during our inspection on Friday, January 24th from 10 AM to 1 PM EST (by appointment only). Bidding begins closing Monday, January 27th at 11:07 AM EST. An 18% buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. Removal dates are scheduled for January 29th and 30th between 9 AM and 3 PM EST.
**** Large items must be removed on January 29th.**** Rigger will be on site to assist on the 29th. Please note there will be a $150 loading fee if assistance is required to load any items.
No forklift or loading assistance will be available on the 30th. There is a dock high loading dock that can be used to load items.
