    2. Use of appropriate loading equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
    3. Assistance in properly placing items on the buyer's trailer or truck

    The handling fee is mandatory and will be added to the final purchase price. Buyers are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle for transport and for securing or cradling the items on their truck or trailer. The auction house reserves the right to refuse loading if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the purchased items.

    Buyers are solely responsible for the proper securing and cradling of items on their vehicle. This includes providing appropriate tie-downs, padding, and supports to prevent damage during transport. The auction house and its staff are not responsible for securing items to the buyer's vehicle.

    Payment of the handling fee does not transfer liability for the items to the auction house or its staff. Buyers assume all risk once items are placed on their vehicle, including any damage that may occur due to improper securing or cradling during transport.
